For mor serious news now: philba over at Slashdotwrites to tell us that home theaters may become the new jurisdiction of our MPAA overlords. The MPAA is lobbying to make sure that home users authorize their entertainment systems before any in-home viewings. From the article:
"The MPAA defines a home theater as any home with a television larger than 29" with stereo sound and at least two comfortable chairs, couch, or futon. Anyone with a home theater would need to pay a $50 registration fee with the MPAA or face fines up to $500,000 per movie shown."

The Angry Nintendo Nerd is back and he's doing a little puppet show for all of the kiddies. The subject? Sega vs. Nintendo. He basically gives a brief overview of all that occurred between Sega and Nintendo in the old-school console wars. Atari even pops in every once in a while to kind of switch things up. Very entertaining video. Just a little heads up though, if you are on a computer at church or somewhere potty mouth language is frowned upon, then just wait till you get home to watch this video, cause maaaaaan, he sure does curse alot!
